Business Opportunities for Supply of Services, Goods and Works

The Embassy of Denmark is seeking qualified proposals for the supply of various services, goods, and works for office and residential use. We invite interested parties to submit their proposals for consideration. The scope of opportunities includes but is not limited to;

1. Provision of renovation and construction works (all trades, residential and offices)
2. Provision of repair and maintenance of electrical works (incl. AC)
3. Provision of security/guard services
4. Supply of copier/printer cartridges (Kyocera 3253ci copier)
5. Supply of general office stationery supplies
6. Supply of drinking water
7. Supply and Maintenance of indoor plants
8. Provision of services of conferences (accommodation, meals, venues)
9. Design and supply of promotional and branding services
10. Design and installation of branded signage
11. Provision of courier services (local and international)
12. Provision of health insurance and brokerage services
13. Supply and maintenance of firefighting equipment
14. Supply, installation and maintenance of UPS power backup (office)
15. Provision of garden design & landscaping services
16. Provision of architectural services (residential)
17. Provision of air travel ticketing, vehicle hire services and accommodation booking
18. Provision of garbage collection services (Masaki and Ilala)
19. Provision of fumigation and pest control services
20. Service and maintenance of borehole
21. Supply and delivery of generator fuel
22. Provision of legal services
23. Provision of swimming pool repair and maintenance
24. Provision of recruitment and HR services

Interested parties are requested to submit their proposals detailing the services, goods, or works they can provide, along with a comprehensive business profile. All submissions should be sent to Embassy of Denmark by e-mail to [email protected] marked “EOI ‘your company name’” no later than March 1st 2024 12:00. This is not a specific call for tender and does not constitute a commitment to procure or engage in any form of contractual commitment.
